Hey guys!!! I am super excited today!! It is almost back to school time!! Not that I don’t love having Dean home every day but I super love back to school time! The smell of freshly sharpened pencils and new crayons, picking out new lunchboxes and backpacks, hanging up new back to school clothes, I love it all. Plus I mean back to school time does usher in the best season ever, Fall!

After new bookbags are filled with folders and new pencils, after all back to school clothes are washed and hung up, I focus on preparing my kitchen for back to school.

The first few weeks of school can be hectic, new schedules take time to adjust to and we all need all the help we can get.

Now during the school year there is one snack I know I can count on to pack in lunches, to snack on during the ride home and especially to help with the homework hungries. RITZ Filled Sandwich Crackers! They are lifesavers and I always have them on hand.

It seems to be that everytime homework time rolls around Dean suddenly is too hungry for homework, but this year I have wised up. I prepare his homework area with fresh paper, sharpened pencils and snacks, some slices apples and RITZ Filled Sandwich Crackers are the perfect thing to keep him focused on his homework.

It is so easy to set up a little station of your own, just make sure it’s inviting and nice and clean so they can really sit and focus. Next I make sure to have a snack so they have no excuses to not sit down and get to work. The RITZ Filled Sandwich Crackers also draws them to the homework station making my jobs even easier!

We love these crackers, the peanut butter filled ones are my husband’s favorite and my boys love the cheese filled ones.

These sandwich crackers go everywhere with us, I never leave home without a few in my purse or diaper bag and I do have an emergency stash in the van and believe me they have saved me from hangry kid meltdowns numerous times!
