Spooky Eyeball Oreo Pops
  • 1 package OREOS
  • 1 eight ounce block cream cheese softened
  • 1 pound white almond bark
  • Spooky candy eyes
  • Red food coloring pen
  1. In your food processor blend the OREOS and cream cheese until it forms a soft dough.
  2. Roll the dough into balls and insert Halloween themed paper straws.
  3. Place on wax paper and freeze for about an hour. (can be frozen for longer if making ahead)
  4. Then melt your almond bark in a double boiler or microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until smooth.
  5. Dip the pops into the chocolate and set on wax paper.
  6. Immediately place a candy eyeball on before chocolate sets.
  7. Let harden and set.
  8. Draw on veins with the red food coloring marker and serve!
  9. Refrigerate leftovers.
