Campbells Slow Cooker Sauces Shredded Beef Taco

Hey guys!!  I have found something amazing to help me get a fabulous dinner on the table in no time… New Campbell’s® Slow Cooker Sauces!  They are a lifesaver on those busy, chilly winter days when all I want is a warm, comforting meal that doesn’t have me in the kitchen all day.  These Campbell’s® Slow Cooker Sauces are great for that!  There is minimal prep work if any and I only need a few ingredients which I always have on hand so a delicious dinner is never out of reach.

I love using my slow cooker, especially in the winter.  I love throwing in some meat and sauce and then letting it slow cook all day to tender, flavorful perfection.

Now it is no big secret that my all time favorite food is tacos.  I wait all week for Taco Tuesday to roll around lol.  When I saw this Shredded Beef Taco Slow Cooker Sauce from Campbell’s® I was sold!  Who can resist the allure of tender, shredded beef in a fabulous sauce all piled high on a warm soft tortilla?  Sounds heavenly right?

It get’s even better since it takes oh less than 5 minutes to get this delicious meal in the slow cooker, then all you have to do is sit back, relax (ha!) and let your house slowly fill with the tantalizing aroma of tacos.

When the meat is tender, just shred it up and serve it with your family’s favorite toppings and dinner is served!

Since I am not one to mess with a good taco I just served my Shredded Taco Beef with tortillas and toppings and we dug in to a fabulous Taco Tuesday Feast!

The meat was so tender and so flavorful and it was just amazing.  What I liked the most was it wasn’t soupy at all.  I have tried taco type meals in the slow cooker before and they can sometimes end up too soupy and wet and this wasn’t the case with Campbell’s® Sauce at all.  It provided a rich thick sauce that coated the beef perfectly adding just the right amount of spice to each taco.

Being a little family of 3 we of course had leftover and let me tell you this Shredded Taco Beef is fabulous on everything.  You can use it to make nachos, burritos, taco salads, it is so versatile and I don’t think Taco Tuesdays will ever be the same!
