First I want to talk to you about the awesome sauce I use to make this show stopper, Bertolli®!
It is no secret that I am an avid warehouse club shopper and one of my favorite things to stock up on is Bertolli® Pasta Sauces when I am at BJ’s. The price can’t be beat and Bertolli® is a family favorite!
Now of course we all know that Bertolli® is a high quality sauce that tastes great and is a time saver in the kitchen. All their flavors are Tuscan inspired and you can really taste it! I love having it on hand to whip up yummy pasta dishes in no time. It is a lifesaver for this busy mom! Did you know Bertolli® is celebrating their 150th anniversary this year?!?! A sauce with that many years of tradition has to be good and it is!
So you already know that Bertolli® sauce is perfect for pasta but I like to use their white sauce as a special side dish or potluck dish, though I could eat this as a meal with a little side salad! My Bacon Alfredo Bubble Up Bread is out of this world!
Who doesn’t love warm, cheesy bread? This dish delivers tons of gooey cheese, yummy alfredo sauce and of course bacon! This dish is a family favorite and it has become a tradition! Anytime my family gets together or we have a party to go people expect me to bring this cheesy bread. I don’t even want to know what would happen if I tried to show up with out it in tow lol!
Of course one of my favorite parts about this dish asides from it’s amazing taste, is how easy it is to make!
You just start with half to a full pound browned and crumbled bacon.
Then you just cut up a can of biscuits and mix them with 1 cup of Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce.
Next you just spread out the biscuits down the bottom of a pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Now top with the bacon.
Bake until puffed and browned.
Serve to your hungry guests!!
- 1 can grand style biscuits
- 1 cup Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce
- ½ to 1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a 9x13 pan with non stick spray
- In a bowl tear your canned biscuits into smaller pieces
- Mix the biscuits with 1 cup alfredo sauce.
- Pour biscuits into pan and spread out evenly.
- Top biscuits with cheeses and bacon.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until cooked through and slightly golden.
This bread is leaps and bounds above regular garlic or cheesy bread and is perfect alongside any pasta dish, actually it is perfect with any meal you serve!
